Maintenance या alimony का amount किसी fixed rate से तय नहीं होता; जरूरत और दोनों पक्षों की financial position महत्वपूर्ण होती है। Claim दाखिल होने के बाद financial disclosure, reply और court की assessment के अनुसार interim या final relief तय हो सकती है।
